We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Return & Exchange Initiation Timeframe

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returning Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective items are extremely rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send us a photo of the issue, along with your order number to support@shopsunshinesisters.com. We will cover the return postage for defective items and send a replacement free of charge. If you received the wrong item, please also send us a photo of the item you received. We will cover return postage and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

Returning Items You No Longer Want or Need

If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or it doesn’t meet your expectations, you will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend double-checking size charts or contacting our customer service team before ordering to avoid this situation.

Items Purchased on TikTok

Items purchased through TikTok must be returned through the TikTok app. Please refer to their return process for more details.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Initiate within 14 days: Contact us at support@shopsunshinesisters.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your item.
  • Provide Order Number: Please include your order number in your email so we can quickly locate your purchase and assist with the return or exchange process.
  • Provide Photos: For defective or incorrect items, send us photos so we can process your return quickly.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the shipping costs. If it’s due to your decision, you will be responsible for return postage.

Exchanges for Items That Don’t Fit

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the correct size. Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs in such cases. We recommend checking the size chart or reaching out to our customer service team before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify it. This includes changing the shipping address, items, or payment method. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make any changes, we recommend contacting us immediately, but once the order is processed, it cannot be altered.

Hand Tie-Dye Process: All of our items are hand tie-dyed, meaning that color spots are part of the natural process of tie-dying. For example, blue spots on a yellow section of your tie-dye are part of the individuality of the item! If you have a legitimate defect, please provide a photo to support@shopsunshinesisters.com so we can assist you.

Order Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days to process an order. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Large or bulk orders may take longer due to the quantity of items.
