Return Policy

All sales are final. 

In the rare occasion that a customer service rep. approves a size exchange, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. All exchanges will be processed as a store credit.

We cannot offer returns for items that have been washed, worn, or have noticeable smells. Please allow 10 business days for processing all returns.

We are unable to offer size exchanges or store credits for seasonal items. 

As a reminder, all of our items are hand tie-dyed meaning that color spots are a part of the natural process of tie-dying. For example, blue spots on a yellow section of your tie-dye is a part of the individuality of the item! If you have a legitimate defect, please provide a photo to so we can assist you. 

We ask for up to 10 business days to process an order and then 3-5 days for standard shipping. Large or bulk orders may take a little longer due to the quantity of shirts.
