All of our pajamas, the Jordann Jammies, are designed by Jordann herself. After testing many fabrications, we developed a special signature poly-spandex blend for our pajamas. This proprietary fabric ensures maximum softness and comfort.

Do your pajamas shrink?

Nope! Our pajamas are made with high-quality fabric that doesn't shrink. You can count on them to stay soft and comfy after every wash.

Are your pajamas good for tall girls?

Absolutely! Jordann herself is 5'8" and she never has to worry about the dreaded "high water" look. Our pajamas are designed with tall girls in mind, offering a great fit and plenty of length.

How should I care for my Jordann Jammies?

To keep your Jordann Jammies as soft as possible, wash them in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Using high heat in the dryer will reduce the integrity of the material. It’s always a good idea to have multiple pairs of Jordann Jammies to get the most life out of them!

Our hand-dyed tie-dye pieces are a signature part of Sunshine Sisters. Each item is individually dyed, which means no two pieces are alike—though they may be very similar, each pattern is unique. The hand-dying process allows for vibrant, one-of-a-kind designs, and we embrace the natural variations that come with it.

What is garment-dyed, and how should I care for my garment-dyed items?

Garment dyeing is a special process where the finished garment is dyed to achieve a rich, faded look that softens over time. This process gives each item a unique appearance, and some color variations can occur between pieces.

Care Tips for Garment-Dyed Items:

  • Wash inside out with cold water
  • Hang to dry or tumble dry on low for best results

How does your embroidery work?

We embroider each piece in-house with great care. For more intricate designs, such as custom initials or detailed logos, it can take up to 30 minutes or more to complete each piece. This process ensures high-quality, long-lasting embroidery on all of our products.

My Order

Can I request specific colors for Mystery items?

This is a silly question, right? These are mystery items—that’s part of the fun! We can’t promise specific colors, but we can guarantee they’ll be awesome. Surprise yourself!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Personalized items, such as initial embroidered pieces, may take longer due to the custom stitching process. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, but please allow extra time for high-demand periods.

Can I apply a current promo to a past order?

Promo codes cannot be applied to past orders. Also, only one promo code can be used per order, so be sure to choose the best one!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment with the carrier. If you have any issues, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in new condition. If your item is defective, we’ll ship out a new one and provide you with a prepaid return label. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Mystery items are non-returnable. We will also not accept returns of items that are not from Sunshine Sisters (yes, this means items from Shein, Walmart, etc.).

Personalized items cannot be returned. Please double-check what you are ordering before finalizing your purchase to ensure everything is correct!

If you decide you no longer need or want the item, the return shipping will be at your cost. To avoid returns, please make sure to double-check your order before checkout!

Items purchased through TikTok must be returned through the TikTok app. Please refer to their return process for more details.

Exchanges for Items That Don’t Fit

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the correct size. Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs in such cases. We recommend checking the size chart or reaching out to our customer service team before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify it. This includes changing the shipping address, items, or payment method. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make any changes, we recommend contacting us immediately, but once the order is processed, it cannot be altered.
