How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions from your Account Details page. From there you can view upcoming orders, edit your size or address, skip a month, or update your payment method.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. To cancel, change your size, or update your address, please make sure changes are confirmed at least 5 days before your next charge date. We cannot exchange or refund purchases already processed through the subscription.

What makes Jordann Jammies special?

Every pair of Jordann Jammies is designed by Jordann herself using a proprietary signature poly-spandex blend developed after extensive fabric testing. The result is maximum softness, stretch, and comfort — wash after wash.

Can I only buy Jordann Jammies from Sunshine Sisters?

Yes. We've seen many imitators over the years. You can only purchase authentic Jordann Jammies directly from Sunshine Sisters — the source of the original designs.

Do the pajamas shrink?

Nope. Our pajamas are made with high-quality fabric that holds its shape and softness after every wash.

Are they good for tall women?

Absolutely. Jordann is 5'8" and designed these with tall women in mind — no high-water hems here.

How do I care for my Jordann Jammies?

Wash in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat — it breaks down the fabric over time. Having multiple pairs helps extend the life of each one.


Tie-Dyes + Product Care

What makes your tie-dye items special?

Every piece is hand-dyed in-house, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Color variations are a natural part of the process and part of what makes each piece unique.

How do I care for tie-dye items?

  • Wash inside out on a cold cycle
  • Hang to dry for best results

What is garment dyeing?

Garment dyeing is a process where the finished garment is dyed to achieve a rich, lived-in look that softens over time. Some color variation between pieces is normal and intentional.

How do I care for garment-dyed items?

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Hang to dry or tumble dry on low

How does your embroidery work?

All embroidery is done in-house. Detailed or custom designs — like initials or logos — can take up to 30 minutes per piece. This ensures high-quality, long-lasting results on every item.


My Order

Can I request specific colors for Mystery items?

Mystery items are a surprise by design — that's the fun of it! We can't guarantee specific colors, but we can guarantee you'll love what you get.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Personalized items may take additional time due to custom embroidery. During high-demand periods, please allow a little extra time.

Can I apply a promo code to a past order?

No — promo codes cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promo code can be used per order, so make sure to choose the best one before checking out.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use that to check your shipment status with the carrier. If you run into any issues, email us at support@shopsunshinesisters.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it — including the shipping address, items, or payment method. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need help, contact us immediately, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.


Sizing + Fit

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking our Size Chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do the pajamas run true to size?

Yes, our pajamas are designed to run true to size with a comfortable, relaxed fit. Jordann is 5'8" and wears a medium for reference.

What if my item doesn't fit?

We're happy to help with an exchange for the correct size within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for fit-related exchanges. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.


Discounts & Promotions

How do I use a promo code?

Enter your promo code at checkout in the Discount Code field. Only one promo code can be used per order.

Can I use a promo code on sale items?

Promo codes generally cannot be combined with sale pricing or applied to already-discounted items unless otherwise stated.

Can I use a promo code on my subscription?

Subscription orders are processed automatically and may not be eligible for promo codes. Check the specific offer terms for details.

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Lantana, FL.

How long does processing take?

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. Large or bulk orders may take additional time.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

What carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange. After that window, we are unable to process exchanges.

What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Email us at support@shopsunshinesisters.com with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover it. If you're exchanging for fit or preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Can I return items purchased on TikTok?

Items purchased through TikTok Shop must be returned through the TikTok app per their return process.

What about the hand tie-dye color variations?

Color variation is a natural part of the hand tie-dye process and is not considered a defect. If you believe you have a legitimate defect, send a photo to support@shopsunshinesisters.com and we'll review it.
