My tracking is delayed with the shipping provider, what can be done?
Once the shipping provider obtains the package the tracking should start to update. Sometimes the packages do become delayed in transit for a few days at certain pick up locations. We can issue a replacement package if the package has been delayed for 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We understand that delays in transit can be frustrating, but typically they do start to update after a few days! We appreciate your patience with our shipping providers!
Where are your shirts made?
Our tees and tanks are hand tie-dyed in South Florida. We then screen print our trademarked Be Kind motto on them in our warehouse in West Palm Beach.
My tie-dye item has stains on it. How can I replace it?
All of our items are hand tie-dyed meaning that color spots are a part of the natural process of tie-dying. For example, blue spots on a yellow section of your tie-dye is a part of the individuality of the item! If your item has legitimate damage like tears or holes then we will happy to replace it. My shirt has faded after washing!
We do recommend washing your tees inside out, on a cold cycle and by itself for the first wash! We also recommend hanging them to dry! All of our items are hand tie-dyed, and it is in the nature of tie-dye to fade overtime! That is totally normal!

Yes, they are unisex and run true to size!
What is the materials of your shirts?
Our shirts and tanks are 100% cotton. We use a variety of different t-shirt brands.

Can I pick or request colors for Mystery Shirts/Tanks?
Can you apply a current promo to my past order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply a current promotion/discount code to past orders.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot modify it. We are unable to add or remove a product, change a size or make any other modification. As a reminder, all sales are final so please review your order carefully before checking out.
Can I change my address?
We are unable to make changes to your address once an order is placed. However, you may be able to redirect your package with USPS. Please reach out to them directly.
How long does it take to get my order?
We ask for up to 10 business days to process an order and then 3-5 days for shipping. All of our items are hand tie-dyed. Large orders may take longer due to the quantity of shirts.
Where is my order?

Why is my tracking link showing as invalid?
We preprint our shipping labels to expedite the shipping process. Your tracking will update as soon as your order is picked up and scanned by the mail carrier. Once your package has been scanned into the system, it means it has shipped!
My tracking shows my package was delivered but it's not here. What do I do?
Sometimes a package is marked as delivered when it has not. Please allow 24-48 hours after it was marked delivered to see if it shows up to it's destination.
How do I wash my shirt?
We recommend washing our Be Kind Tees inside out and on its own for the first wash. Also, to preserve color, wash tees in cold water and on a gentle cycle. Finally, hang to dry.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes! We offer a discount for orders of 15 or more shirts. Please email us at Allison@shopsunshinesisters.com for help with this!
What is your return policy?
We have an all sales are final policy. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
In the rare occasion that a customer service rep. approves an exchange, it must be for the same product and we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
I have a problem with my order. What can I do?
We're happy to help! Please email us with your order number and problem (missing or damaged item or package, wrong size, etc.) within 30 days of receiving your package.
I provided the wrong shipping address at check out! What can be done?
We ship orders to the address that was provided to us by the customer. If an incorrect address was provided at check out, we will wait until the package is returned to us to create a new shipping label for the correct addres. Since we are unable to make any modifications to orders once they are placed, we recommend carefully reviewing your information before placing your order.
Can I return my Mystery Shirt if I don't like the color?
We're sorry you didn't like your Mystery shirt. Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange shirts as we have an all sales are final policy. We believe our Be Kind message is the most important aspect of the shirt :) We think you will look great in your shirt! However, you can always donate it to someone in need if you choose not to wear it.
Can I apply two discounts per order?
We are only able to offer one discount/ free gift per order!
My shirt is damaged. What can I do?
We're sorry about that. Please email us a photo of the damage as well as your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
I bought my shirts for 99 cents and never received them?
Unfortunately, we have become aware of fraudulent sites who are stealing our photos and selling fake Be Kind tees. We have never sold our shirts for 99 cents. Please double check the site you ordered from. Our only site is shopsunshinesisters.com
Do you guys donate to any organizations?
Yes! For every shirt that we sell, we are donating one to schools, hospitals, teacher, groups and many more organizations! If you know anyone who exudes kindness and is in need of a donation, please email us at email@example.com
