Shipping

We ship every day out of our warehouse in sunny South Florida. All orders are hand-dyed and screen-printed by our team, so please allow time for production.

Processing Time Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. Large or bulk orders may take additional time.

Shipping Time Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sunshine Sisters order. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Exchange Window You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange. After this period, we are unable to process exchanges.

Final Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, email us at support@shopsunshinesisters.com with your order number and a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Exchanges for Fit or Preference If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend reviewing our size chart before ordering.

Hand Tie-Dye Note All items are hand tie-dyed, meaning color variation is part of the process — blue spots on a yellow section, for example, are natural and not considered a defect. Legitimate defects will be addressed; please send a photo for review.

TikTok Orders Items purchased through TikTok Shop must be returned through the TikTok app per their return process.

Personalized Items Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it — including shipping address, items, or payment method. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
